Engineering capability
Five robotic welding cells handle workpieces from 1 t precision parts to 15 t fabrications, MIG/MAG. A coded welder team backs the robotic line with manual TIG and stick welding for repairs, prototypes, and joints outside the robot envelope. Welding procedures are qualified to EN ISO 15614-1 and supported by full WPS / WPQR documentation. Stainless and carbon steel are processed on the same shop floor under separated handling, so a single Curval purchase order can cover both materials without splitting the supply chain.
